Adapt to the characteristics of infants in the region and enhance the market competitiveness of the product
Cater to the needs of different body types: Parameters can be fine-tuned according to the body type characteristics of infants in the target market. For instance, if infants in Europe and America tend to be more robust, the elastic range of the elastic waist circumference can be optimized (with a stretch rate of 150%-180%) to avoid marks caused by compression. Babies in East and Southeast Asia tend to be smaller and thinner. To ensure a good fit and avoid wasting raw materials, the width of the crotch can be reduced and the length of the core can be adjusted. There is no need to customize new molds. It can be achieved simply by adjusting the parameters of the servo system, enhancing the local adaptability of the product.
In response to regional climate and usage habits: For tropical high-humidity regions (such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East), optimize the perforation density of the breathable bottom film, adjust the core water retention process, and reduce the red bottom caused by stuffiness. For high-latitude and cold regions, it is suitable for thickened pile paste core, optimizing the softness of the surface layer to prevent the fabric from hardening and rubbing against the skin in low temperatures. Supports quick switching between "daytime light and thin version + nighttime thick version", catering to the feeding and sleeping habits of parents in different regions.
Strengthen production stability and reduce operational risks
Ensure product consistency: The full servo system with electronic axis synchronous control ensures that the parameter error of each process (fabric conveying, core positioning, cutting) is ≤±0.3mm. The size, elasticity and absorption performance of each diaper are highly uniform, avoiding quality fluctuations caused by manual operation. It is suitable for chain baby and maternity stores and medical procurement orders with high standardization requirements, facilitating stable and long-term cooperation.
Strong ability to handle unexpected situations: Equipped with a power-off memory function, it can automatically restore production parameters after a brief power outage and restart, avoiding batch scrapping. Fault early warning is set at key parts. When the fabric deviates or the core is short of material, the machine will immediately stop and sound an alarm to reduce the generation of waste. To address the issue of unstable raw material batches, the conveying speed and pressure can be fine-tuned to accommodate minor quality differences of raw materials and ensure continuous production.
